 Position of the Presidium of the Committee of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences

International Congresses of Mathematicians symbolize the peaceful cooperation of the world mathematical community. In the face of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Presidium of the Mathematics Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences expresses its solidarity with Ukrainian mathematicians and supports the position of the Board of the Polish Mathematical Society, appealing to the International Mathematical Union not to organize ICM in Russia in July 2022.
